01. Opening a Request

To initiate this process, please communicate with our assistance team or log in to the client administration system for expedited handling.
02. Eligibility Standards
All reimbursement requests must be officially submitted within the 60-day window calculated from the initial payment step.
Buyers are requested to send back any remaining product stock or empty supplement containers back to our main logistics center.
Basic expenses linked to freight processing and distribution metrics are non-refundable and omitted from total compensation summaries.
Returned funds are credited exclusively back to the specific payment card or merchant service used during checkout.
03. Processing Window
Following the safe receipt of your package at our processing hub and the verification of standard metrics, a financial reversal is executed. It generally requires between 5 and 10 business days for the credit to appear on your history, depending on your personal banking institution's standard operations.
